Australian deliveries are shipped with Australia Post.

Enter your Order ID and Billing email on this page http://houseofzenn.com.au/track-order/ to check the status of your order, after you those details you will be shown the status of your order. If your order has been shipped there will be an Australia Post Tracking ID on the page, copy that Australia Post Tracking ID onto the Australia Post website here www.auspost.com.au/track to track your order.

We never store your credit card details on site and any data you enter on this website is protected by our firewalls.

After ordering we will dispatch your order on the day if order is placed by 3pm, otherwise on the morning of the next business day and then we will send you an email with an Australia Post Tracking ID once it is sent off.

Yes you will receive a receipt by email displaying your full order details.

Express Delivery times are usually within 1-2 days.

Standard Delivery times are usually between 2 – 4 days.
